CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS
Contractual agreements consist of delocalising part of our clients’ production to Chinese industries, while the Spanish company keeps full control. In order to do this, we select industries in China that guarantee us the optimal product in accordance with the specifications we define with our client. In many cases, this is a prior step to implementing an industrial project.
Once the most appropriate Chinese industrial concern has been located, almost always with transfer of technology, we negotiate the contractual agreement in order to fix the obligations of each party and define the production and quality control that we will perform on behalf of our client in order to ensure an optimal end product.
This kind of agreement allows companies to make a first approach to the Chinese industrial world without financial effort, since the fixed investment becomes a variable cost.
